  Three days are left until my holiday in Lithuania and it's been two years since I was there. Really missed fresh air in Lithuanian countryside and my mum's garden. Looking forward to cooking something from her vegetables. And here's one of my favourite ways to eat local Turkish vegetables - just fried a bit and straight on a slice of wholeweat bread...
